1) Anneurism? Possible. I read that scars can vary based on individual, but commonlyl scars are as follows.

They want his incapacity to look new, as a result of surgery. The link you provided didn't list a medical facility - it just said Biden was treated 'In Maryland.' NoName was treated at the Mayo Clinic, and Q pointed to board members (Globalists). So maybe they flew a doc from Mayo to Maryland.
