Looks like it could actually be an incision. Aneurysm surgery possible?

1) Anneurism? Possible. I read that scars can vary based on individual, but commonlyl scars are as follows.

Surgical scars from aneurysm treatment are typically located on the scalp, where the surgeon makes an incision. The scar may run behind the hairline, from the scalp to the ear, or appear as a question mark on the back or side of the scalp, depending on the type of surgery performed. Medical News Today Cleveland Clinic

2) Possibly Biden's ownders are using NoName's strategy as described in Q drops 5, 6, 18, 52, 732 etc.

Q6

Excerpt
What is Pelosi’s net worth by way of one example. Why coincidentally is her memory apparently going?
Cover for possible future indictment to plead what?
What if John M never had SURGERY and that was a cover for a future out if needed against prosecution?

Q18

Excerpt:
What if John M’s SURGERY was fake?
Why would this occur?
What could this prevent potentially?
What is the Mayo Clinic? Who sits on the BOD there?

They want his incapacity to look new, as a result of surgery. The link you provided didn't list a medical facility - it just said Biden was treated 'In Maryland.' NoName was treated at the Mayo Clinic, and Q pointed to board members (Globalists). So maybe they flew a doc from  Mayo to Maryland.

3) Recall all the research we did on patents on implanted chips and control technology when investigating Covid Contact Tracing and other Plandemic electronic surveillance? There were tracking devices (implants or self assembling) which seemed to be geared toward remote control. Wonder if Biden was a (failed) test bunny (Prototype)?  Removing anything like that would be wise at this point and would give Biden a wound to escape testimony.

Sure, the world saw him stagger and remain mentally 'checked out' or spewing weird comments about children and his leg hair. But Dems don't WANT to parade the fact that Joe lost sentience some time ago.

I searched to find if Elon Musk's 'Neuralink' (intended to help those with paralysis walk) had rivals. The first one that came up in search results was a DARPA product. Reading between the lines, it seems they have some success with implants and are moving to make them wireless.

https://www.darpa.mil/research/programs/next-generation-nonsurgical-neurotechnology

The envisioned N3 technology breaks through the limitations of existing technology by delivering an integrated device that does not require surgical implantation, but has the precision to read from and write to 16 independent channels within a 16mm3 volume of neural tissue within 50ms. Each channel is capable of specifically interacting with sub-millimeter regions of the brain with a spatial and temporal specificity that rivals existing invasive approaches. Individual devices can be combined to provide the ability to interface to multiple points in the brain at once.

Sounds like Isaac Asimov's Schlemmelmayer Relay in the short story, "Button, Button":

My uncle Otto had been saying that since the business of the "Schlemmelmayer Effect" first started up. Maybe that surprises you. Maybe you think it was the Schlemmelmayer Effect that made my uncle Otto famous. Well, it's all how you look at it.

He discovered the Effect back in 1952 and the chances are that you know as much about it as I do. In a nutshell, he devised a germanium relay of such a nature as to respond to thoughtwaves, or anyway to the electromagnetic fields of the brain cells. He worked for years to build such a delay into a flute, so that it would play music under the pressure of nothing but thought. It was his love, his life, it was to revolutionize music. Everyone would be able to play; no skill necessary - only thought.

Then, five years ago, this young fellow at Consolidated Arms, Stephen Wheland, modified the Schlemmelmayer Effect and reversed it. He devised a field of supersonic waves that could activate the brain via a germanium relay, fry it, and kill a rat at twenty feet. Also, they found out later, men.

The location of Biden’s wound is in a very similar area that my sister had her incision after aneurysm surgery. But then my sister had a brain something I wonder about with him. Maybe they tried to insert a functioning brain.
