Actually, researching the 2015 - 2018 time frame convinces me that the intel agencies had no other job than to enact political disruption and select the next president. They weren't really investigating CLinton, or fighting crime (e.g., looking for owner of cocaine in White House)- what they were really doing when they SAID they were investigating her or other crimes was investigating Trump and causing whatever politically disruptive coup activities and mayhem they could. Such political decadence.

According to Strzok's June 28, 2018 testimony, the FBI did not have access to her emails, which contained both Clinton Foundation and State Department related emails.

"Were you given access to [Clinton Foundation-related] emails as part of the investigation?" Somers asked

"We were not. We did not have access," Strzok responded. "My recollection is that the access to those emails were based on consent that was negotiated between the Department of Justice attorneys and counsel for Clinton."

"A significant filter team" was employed at the FBI, Strzok said, to "work through the various terms of the various consent agreements." Limitations imposed on agents' searches included date ranges, and names of domains and people, Strzok said, among other categories.

The agreement was reached, Strzok said, because “according to the attorneys, we lacked probable cause to get a search warrant for those servers and projected that either it would take a very long time and/or it would be impossible to get to the point where we could obtain probable cause to get a warrant.”

But Strzok later said that agents had access to the "entire universe" of information on the servers when using search terms to probe their contents. He also told Somers that "we had it voluntarily," although it was unclear if he meant all emails on the servers -- including ones related to the Clinton Foundation.

Former Utah Rep. Jason Chaffetz, who chaired the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee until 2017 and is now a Fox News contributor, said the arrangement signaled that agents wanted willful blindness.

My notes on this very interesting piece:

Interesting, and kind of off track, but Susan Rice's memo is meant to protect those lying throughout the witch hunt by intimating that they can't share the truth with Presiden Trump while he's suspected/believed to be colluding with Russia.

 “By The Book”  refers to President Obama and Susan Rice being told by CIA  Director John Brennan, FBI Director James Comey, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, and Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, that POTUS was the subject of an active counterintelligence investigation to determine if he was under the influence of the Russian government."

John Brennan told Harry Reid about the Steele Dossier during his gang-of-eight briefing, but didn't tell Go8 member Devin Nunes about it. Brennan later claims Nunes was on the Trump transition team; and briefing a conflicted politician on the dossier would have compromised the FBI investigation. 

The way to navigate around the legal and political defense inside this justification memo is to ignore the activity of those protected by it and go directly to the origin of how they created that false premise in the first place:

♦ Show the July 31st, 2016, Crossfire Hurricane operation originated from fraud by exposing the CIA operation that created the originating “Electronic Communication” memo.  Declas the two-page “EC” document that Brennan gave to Comey.

The MSM said that Mueller had conflicts of interest, noting that Mueller previously represented members of Trump's family.

DOJ 'ethics officials' ruled that Mueller would be appropriate in the role of special prosecutor (Russia, 2016 election) despite the fact that one of Mueller's former firms represented Trump family members, Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump, both of whom were White House officials, and Paul Manifort.
