Absolutely, CAIR should banned and deported. Arrested means go to prison where they can recruit. Muslim recruitment in prisons in the US is a huge deal.

What the government did to the Holy Land Foundation is a model of what should be done to all the co-conspirators. The Holy Land Foundation was indicted for funding HAMAS, it was declared a terrorist organization and the government seized its assets and closed it down.
