In recent times the drug runners have tried every kind of vessel they can get their hands on to try to look innocuous, low key, etc. Fishing boats, home made submarines, water ski boats, etc. This one looks to me to have been an inter coastal freighter, maybe hauling fake bananas, coconuts, rubber bales, whatever. The flat foredeck and the boom give it a “freighter” look that apparently fooled exactly nobody. Wait for them to pull a Hamashole move and load up a passenger cruise boat with dope and dopes? They might advertise a Gulf of America cruise?
