No, 'cause I've always been told that the clavicle is pretty fragile, only taking something like 17 PSI to break it.
Not sure if the family releasing the autopsy report would do any good. IIRC, the reports on both Andrew Breitbart and JFK Jr. were released, and had zero effect on the rumor mill. People tend to believe what they want to believe.
