Certainly doesn’t seem to be a random crackpot. Maybe not even Antifa, Burn/Loot/Murder, etc. Feels more cold / calculated, based especially on the shooter getting away.
Haven’t done any checking today to see if there’s been yet another suspect apprehended in addition to the 2 that were released after questioning. But the more time that passes without an actual arrest or liquidation of an actual confirmed shooter, the less the likelihood is that it will ever happen.
