At 300 feet (100 yards) I maintain 4” groups with open sights on a 125 year old lever action rifle.

That is the size of a neck.

A practiced shot, but not a hard shot.

With a scoped rifle, I’m more in a 2” group. Most guys are better than me, I think.

The only two I seen they look the same to me. Which is what RitaOK posted. The video moved before the jugular vein completely let go in the far away view.

IMO - The shooter knew his target to get the most reaction from the viewers. If it was a head or heart shot it would have little blood.

Security screwed up IMO. as the shooter had to have taken at around a minute on the target to get that kind of accurate shot.

Feet or yards? Even at 200 yards I could hit that size target with iron sights, absolutely from a rested position, probably even “offhand”.

With available tech the shot “difficulty” is primarily an issue of the shooters experience, physiology and mental state. 200 yards IS getting into a zone where your generic off the shelf DemonRat isn’t going to make the hit, but one with some range time and resolve will.
