Oh, that's in the style of Banksy. He, whoever he is, should do it. His last installation outside the Royal Courts of Justice in London was painted over today.

That is not an actual Banksy. It was created by someone on /pol/ (4chan) early this morning. This is pretty dang good, but it doesn't quite capture the horror of the girl from the video. Here is the original. This ought to be plastered over every single George Floyd image.
