The Great Awakening ('Freedom of Thought’), was designed and created not only as a backchannel to the public (away from the longstanding ‘mind’ control of the corrupt & heavily biased media) to endure future events through transparency and regeneration of individual thought (breaking the chains of ‘group-think’), but, more importantly, aid in the construction of a vehicle (a ‘ship’) that provides the scattered (‘free thinkers’) with a ‘starter’ new social-networking platform which allows for freedom of thought, expression, and patriotism or national pride (the feeling of love, devotion and sense of attachment to a homeland and alliance with other citizens who share the same sentiment).
When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.

Awwww! That kitten is beyond cute! I’m a dog person, but that little kitty could turn me. I wonder how my (now) three dogs would like the little kitten? At least I wouldn’t have to walk him/her, and she’d get rid of all the mice that move into my basement every winter. A cat might even earn her keep. Dogs are extremely loving and fun but they’re a LOT of work.

Canada would be way up there too. The last statistic I saw was that we’re up to 5% of deaths being from euthanasia. The crime is that the government buries the truth by recording the death as being from the underlying condition, with no mention at all that the patient was euthanized.
Yes, Canada, UK, Switzerland are big on killing the eldery, chronically ill, etc. Oregon also legalized it.
Americans helping Americans in need, without government involvement. The Amish came on their own, without anyone asking, and rebuilt hurricane ravaged North Carolina communities. They should be nationally recognized for this IMO.

That’s an excellent idea but none of the photos or videos taken of the event that honours them can have posed Amish. When I was fresh out of university, I met a woman who was on rumspringa and exploring the “English” world before committing to her path. She said that the “no posed photos” rule was related to their religious view concerning vanity and pride. She explained that they take the second commandment a bit more literally than others do when it comes to “Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.”.
The Amish place a high value on humility and being pious, and attention-seeking behavior is strongly discouraged. Dressing to impress, wearing makeup or jewelry, and taking photographs of themselves are viewed as prideful or vain. Their homemade dolls don’t even have faces because they can be compared to other dolls’ faces and become a source of pride.
If I remember correctly, some Amish make a distinction between having their photos taken in a natural setting versus posing for a photo. Those who make this distinction will allow themselves to be filmed or photographed as long as it’s obvious they aren’t posing. As much as I appreciate and sometimes long for the simplicity of the Amish lifestyle, I like dancing (also considered immodest) and my silly costume jewelry.
We’ve ordered a number of items from Lehman’s over the years. Would be fun to go there in person.

The link below takes you to a website tracking sealed indictments. In March of 2021, there were only 235K sealed indictments. Currently, there are over 520K sealed indictments. Before 2017 the average number of indictments at any given time was around 10,000!
Sealed indictments are often used in cases where U.S. prosecutors don’t want to tip off their target before they have a chance to make an arrest. But they can also be used to pressure someone to flip on a more important target. But who knows what this means... waiting... patiently waiting to see what justice is coming.

The EO states that within 240 days of the signed date of the EO (February 11), the USDS/DOGE Service “shall submit a report to the President regarding implementation of this order, including a recommendation as to whether any of its provisions should be extended, modified, or terminated.”
Any date prior to October 9, 2025, qualifies as within 240 days, though I expect that the required report was submitted a long time ago, possibly even before Musk left. Hopefully, we won’t have to wait until October 9 to find out where the cuts were recommended or which will actually will be approved.

The story states that “Her greatest pride and joy was her son, Axel. Every decision she made and every dream she pursued was rooted in her love for him.” I’m having trouble reconciling that statement with the last decision she ever made. I can only assume that she had a profound mental illness that made her forget her son in those final moments. How tragic.
