going to foreshadow actual coming events, then a meeting
such as the one being asked about, becomes necessary.

I think this is definitely a possibility why Sec.of War Hegseth is having this meeting. I do’t think President Trump would be at the meeting (which he will be) for many of the possible reasons posted above.
