"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.

I'll add a clarification here. I didn't actually have a chat with Jim. All my Q threads were removed at his direction via an Admin.who told me to cease posting Qanon content. This happened in response to a FReepers concern regarding 4ch/8ch as posted the same day, before the Housekeeping thread:

sidenote: Grey_whiskers replied to his post, "You're lying. And ineffectually, too. " Bitt and Little J were there, pushing back.
Then I discovered approx. hundred FReep mails in my FReepmailbox with "What Happened?!" and "Where did they go" in the subject header. This lead me to discover that all of my Q threads posted at that point had been deleted.
Fortunately, a FRen had previously warned me not to directly link to the Chans (for anon privacy).
So I contacted Admin and said I would certainly obey the order not to post anymore Qanon, but wished to point out that my Q threads do not directly link to the Chans.Admin quickly got back to me saying (paraphrasing), "Okay. He told me to restore the threads as long as you don't link to 8ch"
Magically, all my threads returned, and all I had to do then was delete approx. 150 panic emails (and growing). To keep us out of that scenario (maybe next time, no lifing of the thread ban or restoration?), I wrote the 'housekeeping' thread. I respected Admin/Jim's concerns - who would WANT to link kiddie porn to FR? For those criticizing JR for 'censorship', he has allowed us to remain live ever since then. Not too many platforms of FR's size and reputation did that. I'm very grateful for our 'home'!
Note that the same FReeper posted "Meet Q" and supplied a link to a Youtube video featuring Brennan. To that post, Bagster replied:

And as an old NUKE my long time pet peeve is that Quacks,dentists, rad techs of every sort cannot tell you how much exposure you’re getting from any particular scan involving ionizing radiation. It’s cumulative: An XRAY today stays you and adds to a CT scan next year. And scans involving the head can be more impactful.
Remember these geniuses all hide behind a lead sheet when they’r taking a shot at you!
