Having a basketball court on your yacht is only worth it if you might play basketball.
If you ever owned a boat, just think of all of those expenses and magnify them. Heck, the crew can be pretty expensive. A few years ago, I read an industry publication that noted that the going annual pay for a yacht captain was about $1,000 per foot of the ship’s length. So, the captain of this yacht is earning nearly a half million bucks per year. Then, add the costs of the rest of the crew.
He’s a Record Producer dude! How do you think he made all that money?
Geffen later became disgusted by Clinton when he pardoned Marc Rich, but not Leopard Peltier. and he got out of politics for two presidential cycles.
Talk about a story with no good guys.
