At right, with his "husband".

How quickly the media forgets the Bud Lite fiasco where some progressive VP wanted to change the image of the product and forgot who the market really was. The hip young market doesn’t eat at Cracker Barrel and won’t likely change despite the logo and image change. The base market was happy to eat there with the same image and logo the chain had for 50 years and will not be anything more than feel snubbed by the new changes. The menu and food quality has gone down in recent years and that is more important to attracting customers than a new image.

Leftists always proclaim to be the gatekeepers of who can complain and when.

Again they try to cancel white men. Let them try to survive on lefty customers that would normally avoid such a stigmatizing space. I will chortle at their demise.

Unless you’re on a road trip, best to avoid all chain restaurants.

Overpriced, pre-made frozen crap, all comes off the Sysco or US Foods truck anyway.

If you’re in the mood for a sit-down meal and don’t feel like cooking, always go to a locally-owned restaurant or bar and grille.

I’d rather spend my money to support the guy/gal who’s family has owned the place since the 60’s than some woke corporate entity whose shares are owned by Blackrock.

Right? Capehart is projecting. He’s a flaming, thin skin snowflake who is in a constant state of outrage.

What the — See?

Who would be outraged? Unless you own CBRL.

The only thing they didn't change was the name. Fools.

Usually local food is superior.

But travelers want something that is convenient and easy. Everyone is satisfied with Cracker Barrel (even though quality is not what it used to be).

Yep, agreed that if you’re on a road trip, it’s different.

But if you’re doing a date night, family outing, get-together with friends, or too busy/tired to cook, avoid the chains like a plague.

It’s not just the redesign. The leftist media would love you to believe this myth they created to make sensible people look stupid and trite.

Instead, it’s the current female ex-Taco Bell CEO’s complete, utterly indefensible misunderstanding (deliberate or otherwise) of what the actual business model is, was, and continues to be for a company which has had great success and a loyal following since its inception in 1969.

Comparing CB to restaurants and other food outlets which are located in neighborhoods and communities is absolutely insane.

That is not Cracker Barrel’s competition. CB’s competition are truck stops and gas stations. Located alongside America’s interstate highway system. Period.

It has catered almost exclusibely to millions of on-the-road traveling families (ie middle class) with children who need a safe place to stop en route to their destination to get a fanily-friendly sit-down meal without needless additinal travel and immersion into local neighborhood issues.

A place which also caters to exhausted and bored children. That’s what the games at the tables are for. Their locations and menus have worked for decades, yet this incredibly ill-informed and blind CEO sees her own company only as a collection of failing neighborhhod breakfast nooks.

She should be immediately ousted for not recognizing why the company she now heads even exists in the first place. And why the restaurants she controls are not in neighborhood communities but instead located strategically alongside almost every one of the country’s vastly numerous interstate exit points.

This CEO is a shill for the large corporate majority shareholders like Blackrock who have swallowed whole the anti-middle class WOKE perversion, and are hell-bent on destroying safety and a positive interstate travel experience for all of middle-class America.

The ones they hate the most.

Cracker Barrel is different from their competitors because they're mostly catered to travelers.

I never realized the amazing backdrop on this story until I watched this video. It will open a few eyes on what has been a long running downward spiraling wokeness campaign by Cracker Barrel’s lame brain mis-managers as described by Robby Starbuck. When will business managers learn to avoid social engineering and stay in their lane, which is to work strictly for the financial interests of their shareholders to whom they owe a sworn fiduciary financial responsibility to serve?

The only problem with the sign is it’s burning! You must have had a stroke when Dunkin dropped donuts.

Easy to infiltrate once they became corporate. In-N-Out Burger is privately owned so it cannot be infiltrated.

Why all the fuss, about this low-end restaurant chain with bad food, is a complete mystery to me.

The Left has declared war on America.

You're right, it's a chain with mediocre food.

But that's not what it represents.

It’s bigger than that. CB’s decor was a homage to American culture. The woke CEO stripped it. It was intentional. When she got flak she goes on Good Morning America to lie about the reaction. Of course she chose them, they were the ones who claimed the Sydney Sweeny ad was a racist promotion of Eugenics. The left’s relentless attack on our culture takes many forms.
