what is a high quality diet? Un-processed foods? No sugars? Organic fruits and veggies? In short, the food choices that are on the outer walls of a grocery store?
And I have milk in cereal or with graham crackers instead of drinking water. I get water in my coffee.
I'm 80 and doing good...just not as strong.
Almost all my meals are home cooked. I still cook by the pot and freeze.
