She was elected as council member in the Borough of Sayreville in an unexpected result in 2021, after running as Republican.

A Virginia man convicted of shooting a New Jersey pastor to death outside her home in 2023 was sentenced Monday to life in prison.

Good...hope someone inside will kill him soon...

Good to know the killer was convicted and sentenced to life.

As a side note, exactly one week after this Republican councilmember (Eunice Dwumfour) was shot to death in NJ, a second Republican councilmember (Russell Heller) was shot to death in NJ. The fact that two elected Republicans were murdered a week apart in NJ seemed way too coincidental at the time.
