Well, I must say thar, as far as I know, President Trump indeed invited the listed European heads of government to the White House, since the end of this bloody war is of major international interest.
Possibly, the President wishes to convene an international conference on the future of Ukraine - even if the aforementioned European heads of government might only have to rubber-stamp the decisions of the three statesmen. That is diplomacy - allow other countries to retain their face on the international stage…
