Reason # 542 I don't fly anymore. Yet, the woman is definitely not guilty!😎

Food poisoning is no joke. I feel for her.
Been in the same shape more than once, fortunately at home and not an airplane.
Not a damn thing to be done, except an IV, which my wife did for me once. Nothing quite like sitting on the pot with an IV, lol.

had it from some bad shrimp 20 years ago. I wasn’t afraid of dying, I was afraid of living.

The onboard janitorial crew earned their pay that day

“...diarrhoea and vomiting that destroyed the aircraft’s tiny bathroom.”
Reason #9 why I don’t fly anymore (quit flying after July 1996 TWA800 downing).

Scat lovers will be seeking her out. Perhaps she will appear on one of those porn sites in action.

Every time I board a plane, I consider that I am about to be locked inside a metal tube, crowded together with other people, then to be shooting at high speeds way about the ground.
I don't like that awareness.

Quite a story, but this happened over a year ago! And I actually got an alert from the Daily Mail yesterday on this, as if it were breaking news!
The DM seems to be famous for running stories with catchy headlines that have happened years ago!

So hellish. I used to fly hundreds of hours for business. It’s pure hell when you have a migraine or food poisoning etc.
A few times (3) I had a really awful thing happen where I had to lie down in aisle. My body gave me no choice. I still don’t know what that was all about but it was very embarrassing and the crew was not happy. Perhaps some kind of extreme flying fatigue?

This is late summertime, when there is not a great deal of NEW-news to report. Near back to schooltime. It’s a non-election year, many have had enough Baseball for the year. People have gotten used to hearing about lone gunmen shooting up another shopping mall.
It’s always a tragedy, but no longer a shock.
So, let’s recycle old stories for a new round of clicks and comments of Outrage.

Yup. Had the same the day before a flight back from Europe. Had to go to an ER and get a liter and a half of IV fluid. Even then I managed to soil myself slightly on the flight back.
Waiting to clear customs without blowing chunks out of both ends seemed like an eternity.

That’s how I felt the last time I caught a bad case of norovirus. Symptoms are about the same, too.

A traumatic event for everyone, but mostly for the poor woman who suffered that bout of incontinence. Great discomfort and severe embarrassment.
