If the white guy was the first to get physical and slap someone there he should be charged with something, however that charge should pale in comparison to the charges against people giving him a beat down and stomping on him.

The black guy punched the white guy, and the white guy slapped him back. That would have ended the incident there, but several bystanders, who hadn’t seen the initial punch, attacked the white guy for slapping the black guy.
We’d wanna know what led to a slap.
