Well...do not move here the AZ.
No plans to. We moved out of Philly in the 1970s, but the rot has been creeping out into the burbs as well. Central PA is my target within the next 5-7 years.

Thats how they do it. Make it somebody elses problem. Just like Trump is doing in DC. Just like they do in CA.
