Nope. But the old saying, "You can't fight city hall" is absolutely true. Locally, the bad actors have all the power, and they have decided that our cities are going to be drug-infested, crime-ridden, homeless-encouraging hell-holes. Anyone who makes a public attempt to fix the problem is systematically destroyed.
