Ingredient lists for the Raman packages ususally list 30 to 70 ingredients. I use them but try to buy the ones with the least and safest ingredients. Sapporo Ichiban is one of these and one of the cheapest.
Lately I have been using more buckwheat Soba noodles and supplying my own broth and flavorings. The other day I did find this on Amazon:
"Big Green Organic Food- Organic Buckwheat Ramen, 25.3oz, 100% buckwheat. 12 packages"
NO flavorings, but thats ok. Easy to use some Swansons broth and add your own dried mushrooms and vegetables. (the package dried vegetables are marginal at best.) Buckwheat is a complete protein and one package is about 10% of your protein for the day. (If you only weigh 165 Lbs!) Seems like a good pantry or long store item, cooks quickly. (Would NOT work well with Bon's raman salad, has to be cooked.)
If there are more than three ingredients in any packaged or canned food, it is almost always unhealthy for you.
My son and his IT pals especially like Korean Ramen - they sit in front of computers all day and practically live on the stuff.
