On those rare occasions I have prepackaged ramen my first act is to throw out the spice packet. I’ll instead use chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.

For many years when we were first married and ‘poor’ I ate Ramen noodles with a hotdog sliced up in them for lunch every day at work.....................

I’ve been using a product called “Farm Dust”

Has sodium but imparts a nice mild flavor pallette.

For lower sodium alternatives I use (the ex-Mrs) Dash and Braggs

Mostly though I grow my own (basil, parsley, dill, thyme, etc.)

Why not get instant chicken noodle soup instead? That’s what I had in my poor college days, but I needed two packets per cup.
