I didn’t even know they made a movie of it. I didn’t really care for the book. Tinker, Tailor is my favorite spy movie.

I’ve never even heard of this movie. I’ll have to check it out. I’ve always loved Spy Game with Pitt and Redford. I thought that movie was just brilliant.

Tinker, Tailor the British series and the sequel Smiley’s People starring Alex Guineas can’t be beat. See it on YouTube. Much better than the movie.

Tinker, Tailor is my favorite spy movie.

+1. First spy novel I ever read, and the tension and intrigue are unbeatable.

I have this movie in my collection somewhere. Watched it once, but not very memorable. I liked Tinker, Tailor, the movie and both tv series by BBC. I enjoyed The Night Manager too. I didn’t like John Le Carre’s resentment towards Americans though.

I like “Tinker, Tailor” as well. Excellent casting, and the performances really worked well.

I have to go back and review the list, but I also thought “The Lives of Others” was a spectacularly powerful film.

Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy pretty much is the best spy movie I’ve ever seen.

Tinker, Tailor is my favorite spy movie.

Put me down for "The Spy Who Came In From the Cold" with Richard Burton. Tinker, Tailor is my favorite spy movie.
