What I find remarkable about the affair is the attitude within certain British media that it’s somehow improper or close-minded for people to be outraged at the abuse of their children. “Sure, it’s awful but you can’t say anything about it because it might hurt someone’s feelings.” Unless they get a clue they’re going to be wagging their fingers at the hurting of a lot more than feelings.
