His heart slowing down from the lethal drugs probably caused the defibrillator to activate. That could have caused the pain. OR, he might have had a glimpse of Hell and cried out at that, if he hadn’t repented.

I’ll never forget reading a story - decades ago - about a boyfriend killing his girlfriend’s toddler by pouring black pepper down the poor babies throat.
I thought the same method would’ve been perfectly appropriate for that monster to die by.
I've had a few Colonoscopies through the VA except for one that was contracted out to a nearby doctor contracted through the VA. I had the same problem with painful farting with that fellow. It was explained to me that if they get in a hurry by pumping to much air into you that is what causes that. The doctor for you and me didn't take the time and got in a hurry in doing yours and minds operation, he probably wanted to get the job done so he jump back into his expensive sports car and get back on the golf course.
He should have never been given 'work release.'

1988 murder of three people. This muffin fluffer has been stealing oxygen he is not entitled to for 37 years. He was 32 when he did it. His victims were 29, 9, and 6. They would be 61, 41, and 38 except for him.
Too bad. So sad. Hope the three he murdered had the ability to point and laugh.
