I’ve had it since I weighed 135 pounds and wrestled in the 141 pound class back in the 90s.
It’s not always weight.

I’m extremely lean and do the bed tilt thing. Doesn’t do a thing.
Reluctantly wear the fighter mask.
Men with thick necks and a mesomorphic build just get it. My doctor works with NFL players. Basically all of them have sleep apnea. Boxers, too.
I’ll absolutely be first in line for this. Can’t use the mask during allergy season.
I’ve seen all kinds of “miracle” pillows that are supposed to solve the problem.

If only it was that simple. First off, I have lost weight and had absolutely zero effect upon my sleep apnea. Second, I have tried the inclined mattress routine at all different kinds of angles, and unless I’m sitting up vertically, it’s not going to work.
Lost over 60 pounds, got VERY fit. Made no difference.
