You continue to imply and suggest I'm am not contacting the right people. Can you read and understand words? Do you not understand it's not just me? This is not about me. Again, this is nothing new to those who've been around amateur radio. Thousand's of others have complained and are getting ripped off daily and are having the same exact issues as you and everyone else.
