Drink any natural tea. Black, green, from flowers, chai, turmeric tea. They all are beneficial to health. I add few drops of clover honey instead of sugar. Honey had stronger sweetness so I need less.

Have you tried Monkfruit? All natural, no calories, no glucose spike, no aftertaste. I use the powdered stuff, takes 1/16 of a tsp to sweeten a cup of tea.
