Sen mulling better be right they’re going to change the rules in September, else there was absolutely no reason not to adjourn the Senata so Trump could make recess appointments. I’m glad he pulled the plus. Both sides blather on about the sacred traditions of the Senate; that usually involves the GOP giving up much, as was proposed here, and getting very little in return
