I haven’t heard about any 12 y/o’s but no of course they’re not “fair game”. But girls 16-17 y/o who willingly engage in such things are prostitutes. They are certainly old enough to understand the moral implications of what they are doing and allowed themselves to be corrupted by the money. Epstein was a sleazeball but these older teen girls are not to be lauded as totally innocent victims.
So then do you advocate for Weinstein to get a pardon? Casting couch has been going on since the beginning.
