Chile is a great Fall dish & it’s beginning to feel a lot like Fall around here! Weather is SO good, I suspect Mother Nature is going to pull the rug out from under us & inflict another very warm summer-like spell sometime in September.
Yep, forecast has us back up to mid 80s for Labor Day. Works for me since I want to run the smoker. Store has pork ribs for $2/lb, wild Alaskan salmon for $7/lb, Tri Tip $9/lb.
They also have beef chunks for stew and ground beef on sale so chile might be on the menu soon. That reminds me, I need a new Dutch Oven.
