PS Diana, I can also tell having made both kefir and kombucha that brewing kefir is much easier and I always have used A2 milk.

Thanks, Mom! Kefir is another thing I want to try as well as more complex cheeses - I have made the soft cheeses and butter. Easy Peasy.
