I’d still like to find some old history books and review them for myself. GROCK being liberally programmed was helpful in this instance, but is not always trustworthy.
It’s truly amazing that such a basic shift in society could obviously occur, yet be overlooked or forgotten as time goes by. We can’t let our history be destroyed like this.
When I was in grade school, our English book was full of heroic stories, inspiring quotes, and wholesome poetry. When we diagrammed sentences, participated in choral reading, or analyzed paragraphs, we were imprinting greatness and exceptionalism into our minds and hearts. Look at the cover: great Americans passing on greatness. I still have mine and I still love it.
