seems all the patents that come out of RFK Jr’s. depts should go to the fed government.

I’ve been saying this about university patents for 20+ years.
I’m guessing part of the deal will also be the universities paying off a portion of all the student loans from their endowments as well as giving up a % of their patent rights.
Nice thing is that the patent rights licensing will be another add to the govt income providing another means to reduce our taxes further.
