I’m going way back in my memory and could be very wrong. Was that a building in the Philippines? If it’s the building I’m thinking of, I think there was a later photo showing a man walking across the street with that building in the background. This man was also in a different photo with maybe a dozen other men, all wearing red shoes. The man was tall and slender and had a “Prince William” look about him, but I don’t think it was Prince William.
The Hong Kong posts start at 869 talking about finding Snowden then skips a few then more Snowden talk, another pic at 880...then a big gap on Hong Kong before picking back up at 1690 with the man walking across the street. I can see how he may look like Prince William.
The blue building starts at drop 682 then follows someone across a parking lot into the building before ending with the open window at 688.

I vaguely recall a picture like that, now that you said something. I didn’t try to find the building in the Philippines, I’ll give that a look and get back with y’all. It just seems important in order to interpret the post. Thanks,
