I can’t even come up with a good guess without knowing what building it is. I’ve been looking for it, but haven’t found it yet. Can anyone else identify it?
Back in the day...I believe it was a window on a supposedly secure building in Chyna, around the time Feinstein was there.
As I recall the blue building was in China, and was an indication that we had the goods on someone from the US that was working with China, or had been caught in China doing something. It was shortly after the pictures taken in Hong Kong....been too long ago so I forget all the details....let me see if I can find the drop the pic was in.
