Oh my, you are so right. The DS knew PDJT would release the Epstein files if he ever got back in office and assumed he would rush to do so without a review of the files. So, in a countermove, the DS DOCTORED the files to include PDJT and some of his associates and encouraged allies to clamor for the release as quickly as possible. Once the Trump Team was back in office, they looked at the files that were there and saw they didn’t contain what they knew they should contain. They had to hastily backtrack and try to figure out what happened to the files they had already seen or knew about in his first term. So they opened every locked door in the building and found the files in burn bags. Moves and countermoves.
It would have been prudent to anticipate yet another crime by the DS, but they didn’t. It’s hard for honest people to anticipate the full lengths and depths dishonest people will go to. Our minds just don’t work that way so a ball gets dropped from time to time. It’s been irritating and we didn’t understand what was going on for awhile, but I think the white hats have recovered nicely … until the next move/countermove is made.
