Age/experience are different depending on what you do.For those of us who make stuff,there are only a few left who know when it all started. Sometimes history and the evolution of things can be ever so important.
I called it quits when my “off the cuff” and “seat of my pants” solutions [which always seemed to work] were not good enough to satisfy the the hiring cabal.
Seems that (1) a woman would have thought of it first and (2) a woman would have done quicker and it better.
