I just moved into a new place. They are literally building like mad and this is the midwest. Seems like they’re completing 1-2 houses a week in this development. People ARE moving around. The real estate market is not what it was 2 or 3 years ago - my agent told me that people would just buy a house based on the internet pictures, without really looking it over. Often, just to get out of places like California.

And now the CFPB won’t be there to bail out the banks.
Another chunk of wild woods surrounding our subdivision recently went down. They are putting up residential area that includes single family homes, mini-houses, multi-family units an duplexs all in the same lot.
Looks like a jumbled-up mess to me.
