Attached documents show funding: top floor of the CIA is in partnership with communist China, George Soros. Plus Venezuela is involved; money funded also through/by Iran.
Former CIA Director Mike Pompeo involved in all this, including specifically the steal of the 2020 election.
CIA asset who headed up all this, name is Frank Holder
CIA has been protecting him. US Attorneys knew and wanted to prosecute him for two years.
CEPPS (USAID and more) was funding all the entities shown in the images below. Since 2009 the top floor of the CIA flipped 26 nations using corrupt voting systems.
