Background

On July 29, 2025, the Department of Energy (DOE) published a report entitled A Critical Review of Impacts of Greenhouse Gas Emissions on the U.S. Climate

, evaluating existing peer-reviewed literature and government data on climate impacts of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions and providing a critical assessment of the conventional narrative on climate change.

Among the key findings, the report concludes that carbon dioxide (CO2) -induced warming appears to be less damaging economically than commonly believed, and that aggressive mitigation strategies could be more harmful than beneficial. Additionally, the report finds that U.S. policy actions are expected to have undetectably small direct impacts on the global climate and any effects will emerge only with long delays.

The report was developed by the 2025 Climate Working Group, a group of five independent scientists assembled by Energy Secretary Chris Wright with diverse expertise in physical science, economics, climate science and academic research.
Summary
A Critical Review of Impacts of Greenhouse Gas Emissions on the U.S. Climate report cover July 2025

This report:

Reviews scientific certainties and uncertainties in how anthropogenic emissions of CO2 and other GHGs have affected, or will affect, the Nation’s climate, extreme weather events, and metrics of societal well-being.
Assesses the near-term impacts of elevated concentrations of CO2, including enhanced plant growth and reduced ocean alkalinity.
Evaluates data and projections regarding long-term impacts of elevated concentrations of CO2, including estimates of future warming.
Finds that claims of increased frequency or intensity of hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, and droughts are not supported by U.S. historical data.
Asserts that CO2-induced warming appears to be less damaging economically than commonly believed, and that aggressive mitigation policies could prove more detrimental than beneficial.
Finds that U.S. policy actions are expected to have undetectably small direct impacts on the global climate and any effects will emerge only with long delays.

good news from georgia at bitt’s link upthread:

Resolution to Ban Raffensperger From Running as a Republican

Earlier in June, the Georgia GOP passed a resolution that would disallow the current Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger from running for elected office as a Republican. According to reporting from WABE, one of the reasons cited is that Raffensperger “does not have the faith and confidence of the Georgia Republican Party.”

another excerpt from link at bitt’s post on Georgia SoS, “the man counting the votes”, Gabe Sterling:

Chief Operating Officer for SOS Gabriel Sterling Departs for Private Practice

Today it was reported that Gabriel Sterling will be leaving the Secretary of State’s office where he served for six years as the Chief Operating Officer. Notably, he vacated that role temporarily to work the 2020 Presidential Election as a contractor rather than as a public official.

Sterling left the position in order to start a business, Sterling Innovative Solutions.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

so, what’s the story on Sterling Innovative Solutions?

That looks like over 100 steps to climb after a walk on the beach. I suppose it’s only 7 flights but it’s still a long way up after a long walk.

I’m okay with this because PDJT values loyalty above all else and these people betrayed him enormously in his first term, some even sanctioning or participating in the assassination attempts. I say this without knowing who they are, but I’m confident some of them are on the list; otherwise, why bother? They’d have too much to lose for no reason if caught.

I wonder if John Bolton will petition the court to change his name to:

(wait for it)

Mr. NO ONE — that would, effectively, make him ‘above the law.’

I suspect that the “Epstein Files” are being used of late as a great distraction. Our attention is being drawn to the wrong place! Do I think that the “Epstein Files” are important? Only somewhat - mostly because they won’t likely produce much actionable evidence, if any.
In the meantime there are a host of potentially central issues brewing that are being ignored. It will eventually all dribble out into the sewer. 🤷

————

The “Epstein Files” are in such abundance it may take months or even years to get anything that is “publicly” actionable, but I’m certain they’ve had some impact behind the scenes. Even so, I believe the documents that have been released are for the normies to chew on while other, immediate concerns are handled.

Not entirely off subject, I thought the “No Ties” post was quite interesting (#4124). I’m unsure how the OP equated this picture with “The Blacout is Coming” so That would be great to know. What I did notice was the differing hand positions and the FIFA banner sitting on the desk.

The coming World Cup will be the first ever to be hosted by three countries: the USA, Canada and Mexico. Aslo noted the “Hatch Ticket” indicated at the other end.

I suspect that it’s not the Epstein list. I suspect it’s Epstein, the man.

Also, I suspect there are quite a few very powerful Trump cards. This is just one of them. (For one thing, I seriously doubt the Q team has only a Plan A. I’d bet they have Plan B, C, ......)

So.....we’re no longer “tied” to a corrupt system? That’s gonna take a huge purge of corrupt judges (including John Roberts) and the ability to go “judge shopping” which takes time to change. I hate to be dense, but I still don’t get the symbolism of the ties.
