President Donald Trump dropped a bomb on Air Force One, telling reporters that Jeffrey Epstein “stole” an employee from the spa at Mar-a-Lago — saying he “thinks” Epstein survivor Virginia Giuffre was one of the people he hired away.
After three weeks of the Trump administration trying to bury the promised mountain of information on deceased sex criminal Jeffrey Epstein, the heat just keeps going up. At every turn, Trump’s efforts to quash the story have only intensified interest in it, and deepened Trump’s own association with it.
As the president made his way to Turnberry, Scotland and his “Trump Turnberry” resort, Trump was still being peppered with questions about the scandal. The questions have followed him everywhere he’s gone during the trip, as reporters questioned him about developments like the potential pardoning of Epstein accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell.
While in Scotland, Trump also revealed the reason for his falling out with Epstein, telling reporters that his then-friend was poaching employees from Mar-a-Lago. The White House had previously claimed, in a statement, that “The fact is that the president kicked him out of his club for being a creep.”
The grilling continued when Trump gaggled aboard Air Force One on the way home from Scotland, and the president just casually let slip that one of the employees Epstein allegedly poached from him was Giuffre:
REPORTER: Mr. President. Epstein has a certain reputation, obviously. I’m just curious, were some of the workers that were taken from you, were some them young women? .
PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP: Some of them?
REPORTER: Were some of them young woman?
PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP: Well, I don’t want to say, but everyone knows. The people that were taken and it was the concept of taking people that work for me is bad but that story’s been pretty well out there and the answer is yes they were in the spa people that worked in this spa, I have a great spa one of the best spas in the world at Mar-a-Lago.
And people were taken out of the spa, hired by him. In other words, gone. And other people would come and complain, this guy is taking people from the spa. I didn’t know that. And then when I heard about it, I told him. I said, listen, we don’t want you taking our people, whether it was spa or not spa. I don’t wanna take your people. And he was fine. And then not too long after that, he did it again. And I said out of here.
REPORTER: Mr. President, did one of those stolen, um, you know, persons that include Virginia Giuffre?
PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP: Uh, I don’t know. I think she worked at the spa. I think so. I think that was one of the people, yeah.
He stole her.
And, by the way, she had no complaints about us, as you know, none whatsoever.

Here’s comment I made here on 7/17:
There is one thing that occurs to me.
Demanding that people stop talking about something is pretty much the absolute best way to insure that people never stop talking about it.
Is it possible that Trump’s actual intent is to make sure people don’t let this go?
I know I’m really stretching things here but, is it?
The only response I received was:
“I don’t think he’s that deep.”
I’m still waiting to see.
I believe we are witnessing a master class trolling of the media, who are blindly following their weak theory that Trump is trying to hide something in the Epstein files, when in fact, he’s just fueling their desire to make it a story, and we all know where the story will actually lead when it does see the light of day. There’s a whole raftload of globalist elites hoping this won’t all be exposed, but sooner or later their time will run out.
This came out a few months ago. Around the time of her death.
He specifically said she worked at the spa.
Probably folded towels or worked the front desk or something.
I respectfully disagree. Trump's way of speaking (I'm not talking about when he does social media trolling) with his off-the-cuff type remarks is charming. One of the reasons I voted for him is because he DOESN'T stop to think about how his next statement will help or hurt him PR wise.
So yeah, in the immediate sense, what Trump just said does undermine him by keeping the Epstein story alive. But in the broader sense, it helps him connect with people because we all know we're hearing what he really thinks, about Epstein or anything else.
While I agree that President Trump has a purpose for most everything he says and does, this article is from Mediaite. I trust Mediaite about as much as I trust that pencil-neck Schiff.
She must have been an exceptionally gifted towel folder.

That was my understanding.
Can you explain why he told that dumb ass story about the unabomber knowing full well it was easy to find out it was a lie.
His uncle would have to use Tesla’s time machine for it to be true.
I just dont understand it.
btw, Epstein claimed to have studied with the Unabomber at UCLA
You can actually use a search function on the internet and find out if he said this to reporters.
Hey, this is not a bombshell or news. Give me a break. Go watch an Epstein doc from 5 years ago on your favorite streaming service and you will see it was mentioned that she was working at Mara-Lago when poached by Maxwell/Epstein.
I can see nothing wrong with what he said.
The point of the story is to show how brains run in the family. You’re reading too much into it.
16 years old, handing out towels? Sure, why not?
I forgot sick, dirty and wicked predator.
I forgot sick, dirty and wicked predator.
This is ancient news. Just because Fake News Media is too stupid to know what they are talking about, you don’t need to join their party.
It was! Geezus, go watch an old documentary on Epstein...
