I grew up in two separate households and in two different countries. My family is originally from Ecuador but we have Spanish ancestry and Jewish roots. For the first eight years of my life I lived with my maternal grandparents in Ecuador. My grandfather was originally Christian but converted to Judaism and my grandmother was Jewish though not particularly observant. Our Judaism consisted of occasional visits to the synagogue and the observance of a few holidays.

Jesus Christ is my savior, and I know some Protestants will disagree.
No. You either follow the path of ethical monotheism of Ya’akov (Jacob) or you follow his twin, older brother Esav (Esau) and his pagan beliefs and practices.
RE: Can I Be a Jew-ish Catholic?
Jesus, all of his Apostles, and the early churches were all Jewish, so why the question?
St. Thomas Aquinas has already addressed this in his treatise on law, which is found in his Summa Theologica. As a Catholic one has to be careful not to continue to observe Jewish ceremonial rites, since Jesus Christ established a New Covenant, through His seven Sacraments.
I would suggest reading the treatise on law, where Aquinas gets into the details of what is passe and what remains.

“My boss is a Jewish carpenter”
A Christian bumper sticker.
The Pharisees still insist Jesus of Nazareth was a fraud.
A Jewish man converts, enters the seminary and becomes a priest. People on the street whisper “there goes the Jewish priest”
(Same kind of question.)
Regards,
Actually, Christ's protected linage from the Adam and Eve was through the tribes of Judah AND Levi... This 'Jewish' label comes from the willingly ignorant. There were 12 tribes ... Judah was the 'king' line and Levi was the 'priest' line.
After king Solomon's reign, the 12 tribes had themselves a civil war, wherein those 'lost' tribes of the house of Israel, Christ commanded his disciples to go to but.. haven't a clue who they literally are ... but the Heavenly Father knows...
I believe you can because I have met Messianic Jews. But I imagine deciding on which religious holidays and traditions to follow might be a bit confusing.
They may not believe he was divine, but do they have a problem with any of his teachings?
“Messianic Jews” = Christians. Not Jews.
Messianic Jews equal the Israel of GOD.
What religion would you practice? If you practice Judaism, you’re a Jew; if you practice Catholicism you’re a Catholic. If you practice neither, you are not a Jew or a Catholic. I’m not sure it’s possible to practice both as there are tenets of Catholicism that are incompatible with Judaism. So, choose one.
A change in the Religious Education department changed the curriculum to a focus on evangelization. They lost about ten volunteer teachers over that, including me.

Thomas Aquinas was mainly interested in stamping out Jews and Judaism. He also opined:
Jews should be forced to wear special clothing, like arm bands.
They should not be allowed to employ gentiles.
They should not be allowed to hold positions in government.
They should have special taxes imposed.
They should be segregated into ghettos and not live among gentiles.
He considered all Jews morally repugnant and responsible for the death of Christ.
Etc.
His theological conclusions should be taken with a grain of salt, given his hatred.

A Jew (ben/bat Yisrael) is born to a Jewish mother or converted by traditional Jewish religious law, which requires sincere commitment to the 613 commandments. Acceptance of the shorter 13 principles of Judaism by Maimonides is de facto requirement.

Yes. The one where he says "before Abraham was, I am."
...immediately after he tells them who their true father is.
The original poster can 100% be a Christ loving and believing Christian AND ALSO an ethnic Jew. He can also continue to participate in many of the Jewish religious rituals including circumcision, Passover, Sukkot, Hanukah, observing the Sabbath (on Sunday) and many others that aren't blasphemous to the risen Christ.
