how far along? Abortion pills need to be used very early in pregnancy: the rule is to use them under ten weeks.... So malpractice might be another problem for the doctor who never examined the lady.

the ultrasound would answer this. And if the Ultrasound showed it was a boy it would have to be at least 11 weeks along (but usually it’s not accurate until 18 weeks or so).

If a wife ends a pregnancy without the husbands consent... should be grounds for divorce without the male being penilized through the alimony process for decades or unkess the wife decides to remarry. Which rarely occurs.
