All the old timers used to drink coffee all day long and work in the desert heat.
My first job as a Staff CPA our partner in my office got to work at 6 AM put on coffee and literally drank it all day. He worked till 8 at night with coffee. Went home made coffee and stayed up till midnight. Rinse repeat.
