They did mock Obama. There is a whole episode of a caper with Mccain and Obama.
However, I dont believe they were ever as ruthless as last nights episode on Trump.

After the success of Book of Mormon, Broadway flipped them. They even did a show basically apologizing to Al Gore for making fun of global warming years ago.

South Park has always been satire. Nothing has changed.
It’s funny to watch people get upset over a cartoon.

Same. It’s like bands. Even my favorite artists get tiresome after 8 or so albums.

They pulled an episode because of Muhammed but they won’t pull this one even though they should.

Exactly, South Park makes fun of every religion and every political movement. Everything is fair game to them and nothing is off limits.

they didn’t need to- biden made a mockery of himself...
WTF does that even mean? Either they skewer everyone or they don't. It's obvious as hell they don't skewer everyone. The few times they had Obama or other anti-conservatives like McCain, on the show, they were benign or even shown to be good.
Here's how "skewering everyone" works:
A whole season and more of making fun of Trump wouldn't be half as one-sided if they'd spent one single episode skewering Biden as well.
The South Park people are not equal opportunity comedic creators. It's so weird to see conservatives run interference for them when they haven't even countered any woke stuff since maybe season 18. Even then it was sparse.

“Does Kenny get killed?”
They should have him drown and the entire Senate watches, demanding he pay them before they throw him a life preserver.
He doesn’t have enough money, so they let him drown.

Trump has a good enough sense of humor that he might even think it’s funny.

When is the last time they made fun of Islam for an episode?

You are correct they for four years never told a single Biden joke while he was President and kept coming back to the Trump well. They’ve been bashing Trump for 10 years. They’ve been might joke about liberal topic like men in women’s sports or something. They honestly used to be down the middle but that stopped when Barack came in and they never joked about him either.
The problem with that is most of South Parks audience is conservatives and libertarians once they leave Trey and Matt can keep collecting checks from Paramount but nobody will watch anyway.

They did not tell a single Joe Biden joke while he was President not one. They left their libertarian leanings years ago. They are corporate lefties and once they had to pull the Mohammad episode have acted accordingly

When the “Herblock” (by Herb Block) Washington Post political cartoons syndicated in 400 newspapers vilified Vice President Richard Nixon it caused him to cancel his subscription to the Washington Post in 1954 so his young daughters would not see them.
One showed Nixon crawling out of a sewer. Block had earlier used that setting for Sen. Joseph McCarthy.
He hated Nixon and insulted him in cartoons all the way through the 1960s and the Watergate era of the 1970s through to 2001. He was given the Pulitzer Prize three times.
A vicious, spiteful leftist. Historians go along with the theory that he was never a Communist himself. He coined the phrase, some say, McCarthyism to attack Joseph McCarthy.

Trump has a good enough sense of humor that he might even think it’s funny.
Perhaps if Trump were a BlueSky or Reddit liberal he'd laugh at it. When they make fun of Trump it's forced and contrived and underhanded, fitting the leftists narratives. It's like comparing conservative memes to godawful leftists memes.
I haven't seen a South Park episode that made me laugh out loud for 12+ years. Why the hell would I care about the one father running a pot farm and going on self-righteous adventures that went nowhere? The Garrison as Trump stuff was pathetic pandering to the leftists. It's all slop and tripe.
How conservatives can find it humorous is beyond me unless you all love being cucked by the leftists.

South Park Studios are completely captured by the left and obviously bow to the corporate leftists. The fact that so many conservatives still watch it is pathetic.
At least the Family Guy writers realized after 2 Trump bashing episodes that they should just stick to the middle ground.
