We in rural areas never relied on public radio.

I enjoyed it, but Car Talk, A Prairie Home Companion, and other shows, including news, have all gone away or are just so sickly partisan that I last listened nearly nine years ago.

Nancy Zieman passed away, but her shows are still on. I will miss them.😔 Once in awhile I watched “The Slavery Guilt Show” (Finding Your Roots), but I was not going to pay extra to get the newest shows and his attitude sucked. I donated once only to watch Nancy Zieman.

They took off the best shows.

As a kid (mid-70s)...I found the radio channel and listened to an hour or two per week (before they went massively to news-BS). Probably to the 1990s...they attempted some ‘balance’...with the 2004 election cycle....starting to go far-left. I haven’t listened to NPR since 2011.

NPR and PBS are the most antiAmerian news stations in the World.
