The food delivery service knows and admits there is such a thing as customer fraud.

It will typically not stop doing business with a delivery driver of long standing generally known to be honest if after the investigation of a claimed delivery failure it’s looking at a he said-she said situation.

Drivers need to keep it to a minimum when interacting with the representative of the delivery service. Don’t complain, don’t explain.

Many long-term drivers have lost their jobs to these scammers, and they are tired of it. Ignoring it and letting Door Dash handle it will get you unemployed and banned,but keep on with your misinformation.
