George Jones?
George Jones lives on!
“Florida man” strikes again!
FM’s booking photo sure looks like a meth user.
Is there any other way?
Citrus County. Also known as “Circus County”. Lots of Methican-Americans here.
It seems like in the last 20 years or more these stories died out, the DUIs on riding lawnmowers, or on horses, or some weird contraption.
Since males don’t know how to do much of anything anymore, like build contraptions or even get their wild on, guy stories will eventually become extremely rare.
“Born To Mow”
The AMA released a statement that 99% of mower club members were honest, law-abiding citizens, and only 1% were reckless outlaws.
Troopers questioned Christopher Spain. It was no doubt an unexpected inquisition.
They going to revoke his tractor driving license?
Way to go Florida Man.
Wonder where he was heading.
The article is sorely lacking information...
Was the mowing deck engaged? What was the grass-level setting?
Was he mulching or bagging?
Seriously, though, a DUI arrest is reaching. Without plates and registration, cops have no jurisdiction over a non-plated lawnmower. DUI arrests are normally justified for “drivers” of “motor vehicles”, where the state has possession of the Motor Vehicle/Manufacturers Statement of Origin (and thus jurisdiction over plated vehicles).
The state lacks jurisdiction over people traveling public roads.
Oh, honey, tramps like us
Baby, we were born to mow
Come on with me, tramps like us
Baby, we were born to mow
Mow, mm
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh-oh
Mow, mow, mow, mow
Mm Whoa-whoa, whoa-whoa
You’re more likely to see someone arrested for driving a golf cart drunk in Florida, especially senior citizens.
“A man faces charges after troopers say he took his riding mower onto a busy toll road while impaired.”
But it’s OK to do it when SOBER, Right? Asking for a friend. ;)
Wasted dude on a beer run thought DUI only applied to tagged vehicles
