Maybe it is a hoax. We've seen political and deep-state hoaxes to get us into wars, attempt to overthrow President, (I'm thinking Watergate, Russia-gate, etc...

With those hoaxes, the truth (or most of it) has eventually come out.

Trump's finally got control of his own DOJ, why not reveal the hoax rather than letting speculation run wild?

The only thing he's doing is adding fuel to the fire. Its pure "Streisand Effect." If you tell me he's doing it on purpose for a later purpose and powerful reveal, then that's OK.

Perhaps. No one is perfect. But Trump has taken on a task that many presidents have ignored for decades, bringing this nation to the edge of the abyss.

This is issue is being blown way out of context of importance as to what is needed to be tended to. While it is an issue that people see as important, in reality it pales in comparison to the issues this nation, and the world in total face.

Way past time for people to start putting the issues in their respective priority, and the Epstein issue is way down on the list. He is dead, and the judgement is being dealt by the Lord, as will the rest will face much sooner than any justice system will move in this nation.

In his Truth Social post he equates this with the Russia hoax, laptop hoax, dossier hoax ... but they were all litigated both in the media and in the courts and Trump came out smelling like a rose and stronger than ever. With promises made and promises to-be kept, why would he not apply the same tactic to this "hoax" and bring *even more* centrists to the right in his support. I fear after the shooting he has become to insulated. Maybe he can't read the room anymore, and has Judas Pence advisors whispering in his ears. This isn't the Trump approach to things we know and love. Totally different.

The FBI has had possession of those files since 2006, through both Republican and Democrat leadership. I doubt if there are any files now. They have probably been destroyed. But yea, let’s throw the baby out with the bathwater over something that is now pretty much history. If Trump was indicated in those files, the Obama or Biden administrations would have released them. If they indict Democrats, the Trump administration would have done the same.

Why did it take several days to haul off truck loads of evidence to empty his NYC house and his island house?

What was involved in his sweetheart deal in the first indictment and who made it?

How did he make his money and who paid him? Bank recipes would tell a huge story.

Why did prince Phillip pay such a heavy price, but no one else?

We have a manifest list for his airplane flying to the island. Have any of them even been investigated?

Did Bill Gates get divorced for nothing?

There is a couple more dozen questions that need answers to put this to bed, but just calling supporters "stupid" is not going to cut it. Leaving this to fester for 3 more years is going to soil his record no matter how good it turns out to be. He keeps saying that "WE" won, but this looks like he won and to hell with the rest of the country. It would be a shame to ruin his record over something he wasn't involved in. I was all ready to support him being added to Mt Rushmore, but this just leaves a taste of vomit in my mouth. Why would he ruin a perfect record to do this stupid crap? Reagan was a perfect POTUS until he let Marines die in Lebanon and do nothing about it. I loved the guy, but that was hard to swallow even up to today.

Your theory is reasonable. Bondi from her position of authority could have stated just that -- "the Epstein files have been criminally polluted with planted evidence and we are working to root out the perpetrators and restore the honor of the Bureau."

But she didn't. Instead we got "there is nothing to release" after the media show of releasing "Phase 1". Worse, the statement was issued in an unsigned memo, on a snewz-day cycle, to a lesser-known media outlet, and followed up by a "raw" video that cannot be raw because it was spliced together in places and shorted by almost three minutes. And that after Kash Patel went on Rogan to say the Bureau was being slow and meticulous, and would not release a video that even had 4 minutes of missing data for fear of stoking theories. And now ... the full-on democrat/rino "nothing to see here, please move along (or you're stupid)" routine?

All we want is honesty. And we are not getting that. And that is a HUGE problem for MAGA going into the midterms. The handling of this issue has been ridiculously stupid. This is not the way pre-assassination attempt Trump would have handled this :-(

Based on Trump's claim that the FBI claims related to Epstein are "fake" like the Steele dossier there is no reason to state that Maxwell did anything illegal, or that Epstein raped anyone. That's how wild the latest round of the Epstein story is.
